This is a comprehensive list of all we can provide for your event, depending on what you need and which package you’ve selected. We can also work with rental companies to help you create the event you envision.
TABLES + CHAIRS (included with packages 2 and 3): Tables come in a variety of sizes: 36" round (high or low), 48” round, 60” round, 6’ banquet, and 8’ banquet. The chairs are mahogany-finished folding wood chairs with padded seats. Farmhouse wood tables and alternative chair styles may be rented from a local rental company. Approved Vendors List
CHINA, FLATWARE, GLASSES, SERVICE EQUIPMENT (included with package 3): China, glassware, and silverware may be included as well as a cocktail party and dinner buffet wares, baskets, decorative risers, butane burners for action stations, hammered silver or copper chafing dishes with included Sterno, family-style service platters, bowls and necessary service utensils, water pitchers, coffee carafes and service trays. LINENS (included with package 3): Table linen color choices include white, black, hunter green, and dark blue, each with 72” x 72” white toppers and coordinating napkins. For a package where linen is not included, there is a $10 per table charge if added. Ivory vinyl table covers are also available at $5 per table. Linen may also be rented in any alternative color, with a wide variety of fabrics and patterns to choose from. (Rental fee and round-trip shipping charged to Host.) Alternatively, Hosts on a tight budget may choose to provide their own linens or table covers and disposable plates and silverware. See venue-level packages for details.
DÉCOR (included with package 3): Wrought iron candlesticks, farmhouse-style lanterns, candle centerpieces, and containers for floral designs by the florist of your choice [link] are all available and included. Or you are welcome to provide your own!
KITCHEN (included with package 3): Our fully equipped and licensed kitchen includes a 6-burner range with a full oven, two convection ovens, char-grill, fat fryer, warming cabinet, dishwasher, ice machine, refrigeration, freezer space, pots, pans, and all cooking utensils that may be needed.
SETUP (included with all packages): A floor plan and setup are provided for all events, with table linens placed in advance when included in a package
AV/MUSIC (included with all packages): Templeton Hall provides Internet access and Bluetooth access to the stereo system. Podium, wireless microphones, and projector are all included as needed. See our recommendations for DJs, bands, and other music services, Vendors List
OTHER RENTALS: Wood farmhouse tables, different chair styles, specialty lighting, plasma screen monitors or other AV services, DJ speakers and more may be arranged with outside sources.
