Our convenient location is around the corner from the National Baseball Hall of Fame, within walking distance of most lodging,  convenient to the trolley stop, and is handicapped accessible. The main banquet hall room includes space for up to 150 for theater-style seating, standing reception or dance, or 100 guests for seated meals or buffets. Approved caterers and other vendors

Approved caterers have access to the commercial kitchen, dishwashing, and use of silverware, china, and glassware. Find our list of approved caterers and other vendors here.

INCLUDED IN ALL PACKAGES LISTED BELOW:

  • Exclusive use of Templeton Hall

  • Event floor plan and set up

  • A dedicated onsite event manager

  • Use of chairs, round, banquet, and high-top cocktail tables (alternative wood farmhouse tables available to rent).

  • Beverage dispenser, ice water, and disposable cups

  • Audio-visual services include internet access, Bluetooth stereo system, podium and laptop projector, and piano. The gable end wall provides a great facade for movies, slideshows, or Powerpoint presentations

WEDDING CEREMONIES AND RECEPTIONS

Templeton is the perfect choice for a wedding reception as it is just a short walk from four churches, but couples may choose to hold both the ceremony and reception at Templeton. In keeping with the building’s original history, the Hall can be set up to serve solely as a venue for a wedding ceremony of any denomination. 

Event Packages

PACKAGE ONE:
$350 all days

This option is deal for wedding ceremonies, movies or lectures and includes everything listed above plus:

  • Use of the event space for up to 150 guests

  • Folding wood chairs set in rows

PACKAGE TWO:
$350- 600 (see full pricing list below)

This is the option for hosts looking to use the space without food services, or planning to set up a buffet using their own platters and bowls, set out box lunches for example or for other "do it yourself" situations. This package does not include use of the commercial kitchen, silverware, glassware or china. The event host should provide disposable plates, cups, napkins and cutlery as needed.

  • Use of the event space for up to 150 guests

  • Tables and chairs set up according to your floor plan

  • Add Templeton Hall table linens $10/table (white, black, hunter, dark blue)

  • Add heavy vinyl table covers $5/table

  • Add Templeton Hall Bar Services as desired

PACKAGE THREE:
Requires the services of an approved caterer under a separate contract

This option is for those looking to use all benefits of the hall and requires the services of an approved caterer under separate contract.

  • Use of the event space for up to 150 guests (100 is the comfortable maximum for a seated dinner)

  • Table linen choice, china, table glassware, silverware, buffet or seated meal equipment

  • Centerpiece (florals at additional cost)

  • Votive candles at guest tables, decorative lanterns and candlesticks with LED candles

  • Use of commercial kitchen and dishwasher

  • Additional Templeton Hall bar and beverage services (see our bar pricing here)
